Our house is located in a very sunny, quiet and central spot, directly in front of the "Geigenbühel" which is the meeting-point of the Ski School and the place where you will find the ski-lift for beginners. The centre of Seefeld - the pedestrian zone - is just a three minutes walk away. The south-oriented terrace and lawn invites you to sunbath or just relax. The lounge and TV-room (sat-TV) are at your disposal. Garage and parking spaces are available. You can start your skiing at the front door - perfect for adults and children. The nearest bus-stop is very close - you can use this free Shuttle Bus to discover other parts of Seefeld.
